- Hourly Consulting, $115/hr plus
mileage (at $0.585/mi):
During this session, we will discuss
exterior and interior furniture or accessory placements, determine color changes and draft a list of
potential purchases/edits, if needed.
Three hour appointments, on average.
- Staging Guide, $115/hr to draft:
The results of our discussion can be
compiled in a Staging Guide that you can easily follow in order to implement
our changes.

Final Walk-Through, $60/hr plus
mileage (at $0.585/mi):
During the final walk-through, last
minute touches will be executed, ensuring that your home is ready for your
first open house or showing.

Buying Trips, $115/hr plus mileage
(at $0.585/mi):
If you are in need of accessories,
flowers, furniture, etc., Embellishments Design Studio can provide the
appropriate items for your home.

Rental Services, pricing subject to
rental agreement, hourly fees apply:
Embellishments
Design Studio can select furniture, artwork and accessories to rent
for a 2 month period. Longer agreements
are available.
